Kingston Study Centre (KSC) provides homestay accommodation for thousands of people, just like you, travelling to London and the UK each year. We pay special attention to the small, but important detail of your requirements to ensure, that you have a thoroughly enjoyable, rewarding and safe time with us and our homestay hosts.

All of our hosts are known to us, they have been interviewed by our inspection team and the accommodation they offer has been thoroughly vetted to ensure it meets our high standards and those set out by the British Council. Great care has been taken to ensure the home environment is safe, welcoming and comfortable.

The hosts we recruit come from a wide range of social, ethnic and cultural backgrounds – reflecting the diverse cultures that make up Britain today.

What to Expect:

• Bed and board – as booked
• To be made to feel welcome and comfortable
• To have access to communal areas
• To have a door key (over 16+)
• One Laundry service per week
• Clean linen per week

Special Requirements

With advance notice we can cater to most types of special dietary requirements in addition to allergies and preferences.

Our Promise

KSC has a large portfolio of Host Families all over the UK available for our students studying short-term, long-term or  in Boarding schools. We always try and match our students with the right host families to make sure they feel relaxed and safe. Once we know we have made a good match the student is likely to return to the Host family for all School Holidays or during their term of stay. This is beneficial for the student and the host family in building trust and confidence.
